How to read the Celtic Cross

Read it in three passes. First the cross: cards one and two are the situation and the thing that complicates it, and together they usually name the question better than you did. Cards three to six give it time — where it came from, what has just left, what you are reaching for, and what arrives next.

Cards seven to ten are the column: you, the world around you, your hopes and fears, and the outcome. Card nine is the honest one — hope and fear are usually the same card seen from two sides, so notice which way you read it first.

Reading the outcome card

Card ten shows where the present course leads, not a fixed fate. If you dislike it, read it alongside cards two and seven: the challenge and your own attitude are almost always the two levers you can actually move. Readings on Arcana Sky are for entertainment and personal reflection only.
